Cloudi-Fi, a French corporation (“SAS”) with a share capital of 150,000 euros, registered with the Pontoise Registry of Trade and Companies under number 800 746 927, and registered office located at 1, rond-point de l'Aube, 95800 Cergy - France, is the author of this Privacy Policy.

Cloudi-Fi processes personal data and the manner in which the data is collected and the details of its use are set out below.

The personal data collected varies depending on how the services are used. The personal data collected or held are directly communicated by the person him/herself, come from third parties or are collected from the activity on the website and the use of the services.

1. Purpose

The following information may be collected and processed: surname, first name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, traffic and location data, IP address, postal code, telephone number, and, if applicable, the elements provided in the online questionnaire. The use of this information is made only in order to establish a contact with the person having filled the on-line questionnaire. 

Such data can be collected for the correct functioning of Cloudi-Fi’s service, for the good functioning of the Website or for the legal legal constraints. 

2. Data collected from the use of the website

Cloudi-Fi uses cookie technology to improve navigation and the experience of users of the site. During the consultation of the site, these cookies may be recorded on the browsers of the medium used, whatever the terminal (computer, tablet, smartphone). They are used in particular during identification for analyses of the frequentation and use of the elements of the site. At any time, visitors can decide to accept or refuse the use of cookies and modify their preferences.

The cookie has a validity period which varies according to the type of cookie and allows the visitor to be recognised the next time he or she uses the website. In any case, this period does not exceed 13 months.

We intend to protect individual personal information and to maintain its privacy. Cloudi-Fi maintains appropriate physical, administrative and technical safeguards intended to help us protect your personal information against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use. And technical safeguards and contractually requiring that third parties to whom we disclose your personal data do the same. 

4. Disclosure

We do not sell or otherwise disclose Personal Information that we collect about you, except as described in this Privacy Policy, or as we disclose to you at the time the data is collected, or if you consent to us doing so.  

  • No disclosure with subcontractors or third party technology partners: We work with third party service providers to provide website, application development, hosting, maintenance, and other services for us. These third parties may have access to or process your Personal Information as part of providing those services for us. We do not authorize these service providers to use or disclose such Personal Information except as necessary to perform certain services on our behalf or comply with legal requirements.  We require these service providers to appropriately safeguard the privacy and security of personal data they process on our behalf.

  • Eventual disclosure with your hoster: We may share aggregated information regarding your use of the Service with the Company who owns the Service you chose to use.

  • Disclosure if required by law: We may disclose your Personal Information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with applicable laws, in response to a court order, judicial or other government subpoena or warrant, or to otherwise cooperate with law enforcement or other governmental agencies. 5. Data retention

The Service Provider undertakes not to retain the Data for a period beyond to 1 year, being the retention period set with regard to the purposes for which they were collected. 

The Parties undertake to cooperate with the competent data protection authorities, in particular in the event of a request for information which may be addressed to them or in the event of an inspection.  

Particularities for Commercial contact 

Cloudi-Fi, writer of the present, implements treatments of personal data.

The personal data that is collected varies depending on how the services are used. The personal data collected or held is either provided directly by the individual or comes from third parties, or is collected from activity on the website and use of the services.

The way in which data is collected and the details of how it is used are set out below: 

1. Commercial and marketing prospecting

The following information is collected and processed: contact information such as name, first name, e-mail address and telephone number.

The use of this information constituting personal data is intended to : 

  • To send communications about products and services for marketing purposes. These communications may take the form of an e-mail, an SMS, a telephone call or targeted online advertising. This data is kept for canvassing purposes for a maximum period of three (3) years.

  • To send communications about Webinars, Shows, Conventions or other events organized by Cloudi-Fi or when it participates in them. These communications may take the form of emails or SMS. These data are preserved at ends of canvassing during a maximum duration of three (3) years.

  • Where data has been collected in connection with the provision of a service or enquiries, information on similar or targeted services or enquiries based on previous requests may be sent, unless the data subject requests to stop sending such communications or chooses not to receive them. This data is kept for prospecting purposes for up to three (3) years after the collection of the data.

  • Each time an electronic communication for commercial prospecting purposes is sent, the recipient has the possibility of choosing not to receive it in the future by means of an unsubscribe link. In addition, it is possible, at any time, to send an e-mail to the following address [email protected] in order to ask to stop receiving these commercial communications.

The use of the data and information as described above is authorized by the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data. In most cases, this processing of personal data for commercial prospecting purposes is based on the legitimate interest of Cloudi-FI. 

In addition, when the person concerned has consented directly with the partners of Cloudi-Fi, Cloudi-FI may receive his personal data. The use of this information by Cloudi-Fi is then possible in order to promote its services under the conditions described above.

Cloudi-Fi collects and processes the following data: IP address, postal code, telephone number, and, if applicable, the elements provided in the online questionnaire. The use of this information is made only in order to establish a contact with the person having filled the on-line questionnaire. 

The use of this information as described above is permitted by the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data. The processing of this personal data is based on the consent of the person concerned.

4. In the context of the services provided

The following information is collected and processed: surname, first name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, traffic and location data.

In addition, for the execution of pre-contractual measures or of the contract with Cloudi-Fi, when the entity implements a treatment having for finality: the canvassing, the production, the management, the follow-up of the requests and the files of its customers, the drafting of acts on behalf of its customers, the prevention of the laundering and the financing of terrorism and the fight against corruption, the invoicing and the accounting. All the elements necessary for these purposes are collected and processed.

This information is used to fulfill the purposes related to the requested services.

These treatments are authorized by the regulation applicable to the protection of the personal data, and in all the cases rest on the legal basis of the contract binding the data subjects and Cloudi-Fi or that of the legitimate interest. Unless otherwise specified, the information referred to above is necessary to fulfil our contractual obligations.

5. Retention of information

The personal data are preserved to use them for the purposes enumerated in this Policy. Unless otherwise specified in the preceding paragraphs, the data is kept for a period of three (3) years from their collection by Cloudi-Fi or the last contact from the client.

Personal Rights

1. Rights related to personal data 

Any person whose personal data has been collected and processed in the context of the implementation of this privacy policy has the following rights

  • the right to access his or her personal data

  • the right to correct any errors in the files

  • the right to have personal data erased, to restrict their processing or to object to them

  • the right to withdraw consent

  • the right to object to receiving commercial prospecting material in the future

  • in certain circumstances, the right to ensure that such information is transferred to a third party.

Any person has the right to file a complaint with the CNIL.
