We request only the relevant information needed for your application.
To apply for any of our opportunities, you must submit your Assessfist profile, which is our personality test. Please allow Cloudi-Fi to access your results so we can gain insights into your personality and potential. The test takes approximately 30 minutes to complete and is divided into three main sections.
HR interview
You will meet our Chief People Officer to discuss your experiences and the reasons that drive you to join Cloudi-Fi. This will also be an opportunity to ensure that you align with our remote-first culture.
Technical interview
You will meet a member of your future team to assess your technical skills. This interview may involve preparing a use case or may be a real-time test.
Operational interview
You will meet your future manager to discuss your missions, expectations, and gain a better understanding of the team structure and rituals.
CEO interview
You will meet our CEO to discuss your professional aspirations, and he will answer any questions you may have about the vision of Cloudi-Fi.
Frequently asked questions
Our Recruiter will be your main point of contact throughout the entire process. They will coordinate your availability, schedule your interviews, and provide support throughout the process.
We conduct all virtual interviews through Google Meet so you can connect with your interviewers face-to-face. You'll find your meeting link directly in the calendar invitation sent by your Recruiter. Please ensure you have a reliable internet connection and are in a quiet, well-lit space for your interview. Connecting through a laptop is preferred.
