The mission of the Engineering team is to design, build, and operate a reliable, secure, and scalable platform that delivers high-value features quickly (Admin UI, Captive Portal, nextgen NAC services) while ensuring excellent quality of service in production.

Our mission is to act as a bridge between the customer and the Cloudi-Fi Sales, Marketing, Product, and Developer teams throughout the entire customer lifecycle. This includes supporting customers before they subscribe to the solution during the pre-sales phase, as well as after subscription, by assisting with service onboarding, providing ongoing support, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Our goal is to ensure customers are satisfied with the service and willing to renew at the end of their contract.

Our primary goal is to accelerate Cloudi-Fi's revenue growth and explore new streams of business expansion. We also focus on optimizing all of our digital assets and refining sales development operations, specifically those involving Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
